First order of business is to connect with your team - I will put back up the sign up sheets so you can find phone numbers to start your own text thread.
Second, discuss availability. If you know you will be missing someone for one of the nights, look to find a sub (from the sub sheet circled in green or another friend from the gym that did not sign up). If you are unable to find a sub, don't worry...all the workouts are possible to do with less people, it just might mean a little more work for each person.
Last, get ready for the time of your life! We will be starting as close to 5:15 as possible for each of the next three Tuesdays (6/17, 6/24, and 7/1). If you are a person that takes considerable time to warm up, it might be worth showing up a little early!
The first workouts will be posted this weekend.
Remember - our first summer league night is Tuesday June 17th. Athlete briefing and details will begin at 5:15. First heats will start at 5:30ish.
Theme is SPORTS BALL (think all types of sports paraphernalia or equipment...jerseys, shin guards, helmets, etc) and team deemed best overall in theme will get an automatic deduction of 3 points.

This is a our final week - same program...5:15pm athlete briefing and heats will start around 5:30.
Remember the theme is 4th of July! Points will be awarded in a similar fashion as last week.
