There was a tragic event this last weekend, involving one of our own.  On his walk home, Zach Bermingham, was the victim of a hit and run.  He was taken to the hospital with a punctured lung, broken tips to his vertebrae, and serious road rash.  He will have to stay in the hospital for a few days to be monitored.  Our thoughts and prayers are with him.  

So as not to overwhelm the hospital with visitors - if anyone would like to write him a note or pass along a get well gift - please feel free to bring them to the gym and drop them off in the next day or two.  I will plan to take everything up to the hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
