12 minute time cap

-100 points total

-You will each be assigned to one of the three minute couplets. You will need to complete two rounds in that three minutes, and if you finish before the three minutes is up, your next teammate IS aloud to start early.

-You and your teammates are in charge of changing the weights on the bar at any time after the teammate before is finished.

-There is a 12 minute cap on this workout (3 minutes for each couplet). If you do not finish in that three minutes, you will be capped, and the next athlete must start on the next 3 minute mark (0-3 minutes, 3-6 minutes, 6-9 minutes, 9-12 minutes). Again, if you finish early, the next athlete will have extra time to complete their couplet. If they finish early, the next athlete will have that remaining time plus their three minutes, and so on.

-Same rules for scaling weights apply to this workout as last weeks workout. If one of your teammates has to scale a weight, the weight that is not lifted is moved to another teammates bar.

-If a teammate cannot do one of the movements in their couplet, they must double the reps to their scale. Scaling of bar movements are as follows:

*pull ups: 10 ring rows
*CTB: 12 pull ups
*T2B: 14 Knees to chest
*Muscle Ups: 16 Chest to bar

-If a couplet is capped at a 3 minute mark, there will be one second added to your total time for every rep that wasn't completed.

Workout 2:

Partner 1 & 2-
'Double Karen'

-300 wallballs

- 1 male and 1 female

-Switching between partners 1 & 2 must only be done by factors of 10 (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, etc.). If I do 50, my partner can do 30. But my partner cannot do 25, because that is not a factor of 10.

Partner 3 & 4-
'Double DT'

- 10 rounds:
(155/105)
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerk

16 minute cap

-50 points (each)

- 1 male and 1 female

- One athlete must finish a full round before the next athlete moves onto the next round. You cannot switch between athletes mid round.

-As far as the weight goes, this is a pretty gnarly weight to move around. If you need to scale the weight, you must scale it for all three movements. You cannot do the RX weight for deadlifts, and scale the weight for the hang power cleans and push jerk. If you are committing to scale the weight, you will scale the whole workout.

-Scaling weight criteria for Double DT:

*For every 5lbs that you remove from the RX weight, you must do 2 burpees over the bar after the competition of each of YOUR push jerks. The individual scaling the weight is the only one who will do the burpees.
*Example: If I (female) am scaling the weight from 105 to 85, I must do 8 burpees over the bar after each set of push jerks I complete.

Double Karen and Double DT will be scored separately.
