Week two is up! Same structure as last week- athlete briefing at 5:25, first heat will start at 5:45. Details and heat times will be announced at the beginning of next week. 

Workout 1:
All four teammates will choose one couplet.  Each person will have three minutes to complete their couplet. 

3 minutes:
2 rounds 
5 cleans (95/65)
5 pull ups
5 goblet squats 

3 minutes:
2 rounds
6 cleans (115/85)
6 CTB
6 front squats

3 minutes:
2 rounds
7 cleans (135/95)
7 T2B
7 back squats

3 minutes:
2 rounds
8 cleans (155/115)
8 muscle ups
8 pistols 

12 minute cap
