2018 Pre Summer League Workout

These workouts can be done as many times as possible by athletes, each athlete on your team choosing one workout to accomplish.

Karen
for time:
150 wall balls

These workouts must be done RX, unless given permission to scale by either Anna or Kevin. You can do these workouts during open gym, or in place of the class workout with notice to the coach beforehand. Once you are satisfied with the time of the workout you were assigned to, you will put your score on the sheet posted at the gym under your team number. You have until July 10th. Get after it!

Also, be smart. Make sure you keep form and do movements to standard. This is Summer League in Spokane, Wa. If anything, you will get your picture posted on Instagram and get 60 likes. That isn't worth half squats and turning around at the 200m mark because it was "close enough". We raised you better than that.
