Pre Summer League Workouts

Each team member will pick one workout to complete to have as a score going into week one of summer league. Every workout is for time. You can do your workout as many times are you would like, but only one score will be recorded for each workout. Record your best score on the sheet posted at the gym under your team.

1 mile run

Half Brock
50 cal row
50 cal ski
50 cal bike
*7 burpees every 2:00

5 burpees
5 wallballs (20/14)
