Summer League 2023 - week 2

Here are the standings after the first week:
Here is what you can expect for this coming week...
"Keep Moving"
15:00 AMRAP
P1: ME WBs
P2: ME echo cals
P3 and P4: ME synchro burpee to a plate.
*Can switch athletes through movements at any time however often you want.
"Team Work"
100 T2B + athlete hang
100 synchro Snatches (BB weight at 95/65 and DB weight at 50/35)
100 synchro squats (air, medball bear hug, back squat, OH DB)
2 athletes working at a time on the T2B + hang...once all 100 reps are done, 2 athletes working at a time on synchro snatches...once all 100 reps are done, all 4 athletes will work on synchro squats.
20:00 time cap.
Remember - athlete meeting will start around 5:10pm.
