Use this day as a sub for endurance day
Bloomsday Participants: 5k run (3.2 miles)
Wednesday:
Programmed Strength
Programmed Conditioning
Run: 4 rounds:
600m run
rest 2 min between repeats
Thursday:
Group Workout
Friday:
Programmed Strength
Programmed Conditioning
Run 15 min
can alternatively pick a strength from earlier in the week- the goal here is we want you to do some sort of power/explosive movement :)
Saturday or Sunday:
Windermere/Other Half Participants:
8 mile run
-continue playing with low HR, walk if you need to to get yourself back into a zone2/zone3, play with fueling :) ask if you need help!!
10k participants ^:
Aim for 40-50 min low HR run/
Bloomsday:
Aim for 40-50 min low HR run/walk
