Half Marathon Participants:
9 mile run
We will continue to play with fueling for long runs and use this as one of the last few long runs before race day :)
If you are planning on doing Bloomsday the schedule for the long runs leading us into race week is the following:
9 miles (this week)
7.4 miles (Bloomsday, May 5)
10 miles (following weekend, May 11 or 12) - Taper into race day on May 19th :)
Bloomsday Participants:
6 mile run or 1 hr duration run
