4 mile run low HR
Thursday:
Group Workout
Friday:
Programmed Strength or 4x10 Split squat per side
Programmed WOD
Saturday:
rest or 15 min shakeout run
Sunday:
Bloomsday! for all participants, if you are running the half marathon this is a mini lower volume week- utilize a 6-7 mile "long run" one day this weekend if you are not participating in bloomsday activities.
