2026 Summer League Night 2
See the programming for Night 2. Remember - athlete briefing will be at 5:15pm and we are hopeful to finish up by 7:00pm.
We will be in need of subs - so show up if you want and are able to jump in and help out one of our teams!
Theme for night 2 is "Spokane"!
Event 3: “Pump” 12 Minute Clock
Pair 1:
From 0:00 - 5:00 work up to a 5RM bench press (must include one female)
Pair 2:
From 0:00 - 5:00 work up to a 2RM strict press from floor
2 minute rest from 5:00-7:00
Pair 1:
From 7:00 - 12:00 max empty BB strict press (45/35) one partner working at a time
Pair 2:
From 7:00 - 12:00 accumulate max bench press reps (65) one partner working at a time
Score: total load lifted in the first 5 minute window.
***Total reps accumulated determine your team’s position in the machine draft***
Event 4: “Punishment” 20 Minute Clock
Pair A:
From 0:00-2:00 accumulate as many pull-ups as possible.
*Scale: jumping pull-ups.
Everyone:
From 2:00-18:00 AMRAP
52 machine cals (2 athletes working per round, 1 cal minimum per athlete per round)
26 synchro plate ground to overhead (45/35/25/15)
13 synchro burpees to plate
Pair B:
From 18:00-20:00 accumulate as many pull-ups as possible.
*Scale: jumping pull-ups.
