This is a great opportunity to show a loved one why you chose this community and give your guest an inside look at DSC in a fun, zero-pressure setting.

We’ll be mimicking the flow of our regular Strength & Conditioning class with a fun, partner element. No experience needed for your plus-one, as this will be approachable and scalable for all skillsets. This event will be completely free of charge.

This isn't a recruitment event, it's purely a way to showcase your fitness community and let your guests experience the place where you show up and work hard, day in and day out.

The class will be held from 9-10 am on September 12. Regular S&C class will be at 8 am.
